The website www.euromedica-rhodes.gr (hereinafter the “Website”) is managed by the SOCIETE ANONYME under the name “GENERAL CLINIC DODEKANISOU SINGLE MEMBER S.A.” with the distinctive title “EUROMEDICA DODEKANISOU”, having its registered office in Rhodes at Rhodes-Lindos Av., Municipality of Koskinou with VAT EL. 099658646 (hereinafter referred to as “EUROMEDICA” or the “Company”).

The terms governing the use of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are defined by this document, as well as any other document referred to herein.

Before you start browsing the Website, please consult the Terms, which describe your rights and obligations and the Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you agree that you expressly and unconditionally accept and are bound by the Terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy. 2/ Website Visitor/user commitments:

2.1 The users  of the Website undertake to use the Website in accordance with its terms and conditions .

2.2.  The users of the Website agree that they shall not use the Website to send, publish, email or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, offensive, harassing, defamatory, slandering, libelous, vulgar, obscene constitutes a violation of the privacy or confidentiality of a third party, shows empathy, or expresses racial, ethnic or other discrimination, may cause harm to minors in any way, is not entitled to be transmitted  in accordance with the law or other  contractual or administrative relations (e.g. χ. internal, proprietary or confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements); infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary interest of any third party; contains software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or interfere with the operation of any software or computer hardware; intentionally or unintentionally  violates the applicable Greek, EU and international legislation and its provisions, may harass third parties in any way and any content used to collect or store personal data of other users or In case of non-compliance of the Website user with the above terms, the Company reserves the right to block his/her access to the Website and remove/delete the relevant publications and content.

2.3 The Website users accept that they will not attempt unauthorized access to the Website and its server, or to any other server, computer and database connected to the Website and undertake the obligation not to attack the Website through denial of service attack or through distributed denial of service attack. Breach of this obligation may constitute a criminal offence under the applicable law. Any such breach will be reported to the competent law enforcement authorities. Furthermore, in the event of such a violation, the Company will immediately terminate the right of the user in question to access and use the Website.

3 Intellectual property rights:

3.1 The entire content of the items posted on the Website, including – but not limited to images, photographs, drawings, graphics, texts, available services, etc. constitute the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek and European law, as well as by the international conventions. The names, images, logos and distinctive features representing the Company and/or third parties are exclusive trademarks and distinctive features of the Company and/or third parties and are protected by Greek, Community and international laws on trademarks, industrial and intellectual property and unfair competition.

3.2: t is prohibited to any user of the Website to:  

a/modify, translate, create or attempt to create derivative copies or a copy of the software or the Website, either in whole or in part,

b. decompiles, disassemble, convert the object code into source code,

c. distributes, assign, share, lease, loan, sell, rent or transfer in any other way the software or the Website for their own benefit.

3.3 Under no circumstances and in any manner whatsoever shall users of the Website be permitted to reproduce, redistribute, copy reformat, modify, disclose, distribute, republish, download, display, screenshot, upload or transmit the material available on the Website, or sell or assign the use of the Website, without the prior express written consent of the Company.

3.4 Users of the Website acknowledge and agree that third party information presented through the Website is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary interests and laws. 4.1 The content of the Website is for information purposes only. The purpose is to provide information to the visitors – users of the Website about the clinic and the services provided by it. It also informs users about news and offers provided in the clinic as well as about the career opportunities of the clinic.

4.2 The content of the Website may contain typos for which the Company shall not be liable.

4.3: The Company shall not be liable to users, partners and/or any third party that derives rights from them, for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, consequential, financial or any other kind) caused by:

a. any technical problems that users may encounter when attempting to access the Website and during the course of accessing the Website and that are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure with the use of the Website,

c. denial of service attack, viruses or other types of malware or technologically harmful material, which may affect the user’s computer, its components, data or any other material due to the use of the Website or the downloading of material contained therein or similar material of another website to which the Website refers and, in general, for acts or omissions of third parties and, in particular, unauthorised interference by third parties in products and/or services and/or information made available through the Website,

d. events of force majeure and

e. violation of the applicable legislation (including but not limited to, tax, personal data protection, etc.), related to the use of the Website.

4.4 The Company and its associates shall not be liable in any case to users or third parties for any loss or damage of any kind, directly or indirectly related to the Website, its contents, services or any of its applications or intellectual property rights, delay in operation or transmission or any kind of malfunction.

4.5. The Linked Sites are not controlled by the Company, therefore, the Company and/or its agents and/or associates shall not be responsible for their contents nor for the links to the Linked Sites nor for any modifications or updates to such websites.

5.1 The medical issues raised are approached responsibly and every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided through the Website is complete and reliable.

5.2 The texts and/or articles relating to medical and therapeutic methods are not intended to be or used as an alternative to professional medical advice, diagnosis and treatment by health professionals. They are in no way a substitute for clinical examination and medical opinion. For this reason, and in order to resolve any health issues you may have, you should, in all cases, consult the qualified and competent health professionals.

5.3 The Company does not adopt scientific or other types of opinions contained in the articles published on the Website, which are – in any case – personal or scientific positions of the respective signatory. Therefore, we are not responsible for any damage that may be caused by their use in any way.

The Company has a presence on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Any services offered by the Company through social media platforms and all information communicated, submitted or provided by the Company through its social media accounts are subject to these Terms and conditions, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

7. Additional Terms:

7.1 If any provision of these Terms is deemed inapplicable, it will be replaced with a new one, while the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

7.2 These Terms were originally drafted in Greek and may be translated into other languages. In the event of a conflict between the translated version and the original Greek version, the Greek version shall prevail.

8. Amendments to terms and conditions

8.1 These Terms, together with any other document expressly referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the users of the Website, superseding any previous written or oral agreement, understanding or arrangement.

8.2 The Company reserves the right to unilaterally modify, renew or terminate any term contained in the Terms at any time and without prior notice to the users of the Website.
