What is the admission procedure?
All scheduled and emergency admissions, diagnosis, pre-medical and checkup appointments are handled at the Patient Admission/Discharge Office on the ground floor on a 24/7 basis.
Necessary documents upon arrival at the clinic:
- Valid Identity
- Insurance number
- Medical Booklet (if applicable)
- Medical note (if provided by your doctor)
- Electronic medical note (if provided by your doctor for examinations)
At the Admission/Discharge Office you will be asked about the room category you wish.
Upon admission to the Clinic for scheduled surgery or delivery, the amount of the agreed package is pre-paid. Your account will be cleared for any extras that may have arisen.
In the event of other cases (e.g. Pathological), a prepayment is made and your account is cleared on the discharge day.
Following your admission, you receive your personal medical envelope and then go to the appropriate nursing section. The supervisor of the nursing department will take care of your entry to your room.
What if I have questions about insurance coverage or individual bill?

Where can I get a copy of my medical file?
A copy of your Medical Records can only be obtained upon your request at the Admission/Discharge Office.
Can a family member stay overnight with me in the ward?
Yes. Escort is allowed upon consultation with the Head of the department.
What if I have a complain to make?
A complaint form is available in all departments of the clinic. Please ask the supervisor to provide you a form to fill in. You can also contact the Clinic’s Quality Department, Monday-Friday 09:00-16:00.
Do you have an ambulance service?
Yes. The clinic provides its ambulance services using 2 ambulances which are fully and perfectly equipped and supported by highly trained staff. Both ambulances are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

What is the procedure for discharge?
Patient’s discharge is decided exclusively by the attending physician. With the Doctor signing the discharge note, your medical file is transferred to the Patient Accounting Office (Ground Floor) to complete the check and finalize the bill. Immediately after, you will be notified to come to the cash desk to settle your financial outstandings, if any. You will also receive your medical booklet.
